Details of the assignment:

               A single dad in Northern Nicosia, Cyprus, is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate English-speaking nanny to integrate into the family and assist with his 3 kids, aged 8 and twin boys aged 6. The nanny will work 6 days a week, covering 8-hour shifts each day. The family will provide a private room and bathroom. Their residence is located in the city centre of Nicosia.

             Dad runs his own company and works long hours. The nanny will be responsible for all childcare duties, including getting the children ready for school, ensuring they have all their school belongings, preparing snacks, tidying up after meals, as well as organising their rooms. While the house is fully staffed with a housekeeper for general cleaning and a driver for school runs, the family seeks a responsible nanny who can clean up after the kids and herself. The nanny will have time to rest or pursue personal projects and interests when the children are in school. Upon their return from school, the nanny will be in sole charge until bedtime. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have previous experience caring for children of similar ages and in similar family dynamics.

             The nanny is expected to be a role model and instil good behaviour and manners in the children. Dad emphasises providing them with healthy boundaries and a consistent everyday routine, but being flexible when necessary. Although not mandatory, someone with a solid educational and teaching background will be highly valued. Native English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a passion for childcare and education, capable of problem-solving, taking initiative, and making decisions autonomously.
