Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional childcare experience and be confident in caring for multiple children of varying ages. They should be gentle, emotionally attuned, energetic, and dependable, with a natural ability to create a sense of stability and joy within a dynamic household. A genuine love for dogs is important, as the family has a friendly pet.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Germany or the EU. Fluency in English is essential to support the children’s development and ensure smooth communication within the household. Knowledge of German is considered a plus, especially for local activities and community engagement. A valid driving licence is also a bonus and may be helpful for school runs and errands, although it is not a requirement for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
• Planning and leading age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Managing daily routines: dressing, hygiene, meals, and naps
• Assisting with school and kindergarten drop-offs and pick-ups (if driving)
• Supporting homework and educational activities
• Preparing nutritious and child-friendly meals
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties related to the children: laundry, tidying bedrooms and play areas
• Providing occasional evening babysitting
• Being comfortable living with a friendly family dog (no pet care required)
