About the Role
We are delighted to assist a valued repeat client in their search for an experienced live-in nanny. Over the years, we have successfully placed nannies with this family, many of whom remain happily employed. The family is now seeking a dedicated professional to provide attentive care for their youngest child, aged 1 year and 7 months.
The household also includes two daughters, aged 8 and 10, who are independent but may require occasional supervision. This role presents a long-term opportunity for a nurturing, patient, and reliable nanny who prioritizes children’s well-being and development.
As the family resides in Africa, they are looking for a culturally adaptable nanny who is open-minded, flexible, and willing to integrate smoothly into their home. The nanny will also be expected to work collaboratively with other household staff, fostering a positive and harmonious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality care for the 1-year-7-month-old child, ensuring his safety, well-being, and development.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities that promote early learning and growth.
- Maintain and implement a structured daily routine, including mealtimes, naps, and playtime.
- Offer occasional support for the 8- and 10-year-old daughters when needed.
- Create a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Household & Teamwork
- Work cohesively with other household staff, ensuring a positive and respectful team dynamic.
- Assist with light child-related housekeeping, including organizing play areas and managing children’s belongings.
- Adapt to the family’s lifestyle and routines, embracing cultural differences with flexibility and an open mind.
Ideal Candidate

- Experienced in caring for infants and young children, with a strong understanding of early childhood development.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of live-in nanny experience
- Willingness to relocate and commit to a long-term position
- Availability to work weekends as required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage)
- Childcare qualifications (preferred but not mandatory)
