International Nanny is delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and caring rota nanny. This position is with a warm and welcoming family based in Casablanca, Morocco, seeking dedicated childcare support. The family is looking for a nurturing, professional, and dynamic nanny to care for their 1.5-year-old son, who is in a very active and curious phase of development. They are seeking someone who is truly passionate about working with children, has a deep understanding of early childhood development, and can confidently manage the needs of a toddler with energy and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and Spanish and have a strong background in child development, ideally incorporating Montessori-inspired or respectful caregiving approaches. A gentle yet structured approach is highly valued, as the family wishes to encourage their son’s natural curiosity and independence while ensuring he feels secure and supported. The family has recently discovered that they are expecting a new baby, which makes finding the right nanny even more important to support this transition. For this reason, they would greatly appreciate a nanny with nursing skills or experience caring for newborns, as she may provide additional support to the mother during this transition.

This is a full-time rota position based on a two-week on, two-week off schedule, with accommodation provided during working weeks. The nanny will also be required to travel with the family when needed, maintaining the child’s routine and ensuring a smooth and secure transition between different environments.

The nanny will provide attentive care, ensuring the child follows a well-structured and engaging routine. Activities will include sensory play, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts, music, and early language development through storytelling and interactive games.. The nanny will be responsible for engaging him in meaningful and educational activities, organising playtime that fosters both cognitive and motor development, and preparing nutritious meals that support a healthy lifestyle. She will also oversee all nursery-related tasks, keeping his environment tidy and well-organised. Given the upcoming arrival of a new baby, flexibility and adaptability will be key, as the nanny may be called upon to assist the mother with newborn care while continuing to focus on the toddler’s well-being.

The family is looking for a candidate who is professional, polite, well-mannered, and able to respect their parenting approach while also bringing initiative and expertise into the home. They appreciate someone who is warm and patient yet proactive in her role, with the ability to foster both emotional and intellectual growth in a natural and engaging way. A nanny with a calm, discreet, and thoughtful presence will fit in well with the household dynamic.
