Overview

International Nanny is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny with a holistic approach to education to join a warm and welcoming family. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one additional language (French, Spanish), with all three being a significant advantage. Extensive experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for two children (Girl, 3.5 years, Boy, 2 years). They will design and implement educational and developmentally appropriate activities using holistic methodologies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf approaches. Responsibilities include planning creative play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and learning experiences while supporting emotional and social development through nurturing guidance and positive reinforcement. The role requires maintaining consistent daily routines, including mealtime, nap time, and hygiene practices, and collaborating effectively with parents to ensure alignment on childcare approaches and family values. Additionally, the nanny will travel with the family as needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience for the children.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, ideally including rota scheduling
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish (all three languages preferred)
• Strong experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children
• A holistic approach to childcare, ideally with training or certification in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf methodologies
• Ability to plan and execute engaging and educational activities
• Warm, caring, and patient personality with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent references from previous families
