Details of the Assignment:

A busy and local family in Warsaw seeks a highly experienced and professional nanny-governess currently based in Warsaw to care for their three daughters, aged 8 (twins) and 7. This is a part-time, live-out role, and the family is looking for someone already based in Warsaw or nearby. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering the girls’ educational growth, social etiquette, and overall development. 

The family is looking for someone to introduce and maintain structure while ensuring a nurturing and positive environment. The nanny-governess will guide the children to develop good habits, build confidence, and learn essential life skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with a family that highly values education, personal growth, and cultural enrichment.

Schedule:

• 7-10 days per month, including weekends.
• Holiday coverage will be two weeks in July and two weeks in August.
• Daily schedule:
  • Weekdays: 1 hour in the morning and 4:30 PM until bedtime (8:30-9:00 PM).
  • Weekends: Full-day availability.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce and reinforce proper etiquette and boundaries.
• Oversee the children’s daily routine, ensuring structure and consistency.
• Support academic progress and collaborate with their tutor for English and French.
• Engage the children in extracurricular activities, including horse riding and piano practice.
• Provide a supportive environment for the children’s growth and development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a governess or in a similar role.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of child development and education.
• Organised, empathetic, and able to enforce rules with consistency and care.
• Local to Warsaw (this is a live-out role).

Additional Information:

• The family employs a Polish nanny for additional support.
• The children attend a British school with extracurricular interests, including horse riding and piano.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a nanny-governess.
• Strong references from previous families.

• Diver's license
