A prestigious family in Monaco seeks a qualified and flexible rota nanny to join their household and care for their 8-year-old twin boys. This role is ideal for a professional with a university degree in psychology, skilled in handling challenging behaviours and committed to providing a nurturing and structured environment for the children. The family’s highly dynamic lifestyle includes international travel, and they seek a youthful and energetic nanny who can seamlessly adapt to these demands and function well in a fully staffed home.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Behavioral Support: Manage and support challenging behaviours, using positive reinforcement and creating a stable atmosphere.
• School and Academic Preparation: Organise and prepare uniforms, backpacks, and school supplies daily. Assist with homework, reading (English and, ideally, French), and review of assignments. Coordinate after-school activities and maintain communication with the school as needed.
• Social and Extracurricular Engagement: Arrange playdates and social outings and facilitate friendships and social development.
• Wardrobe and Toy Management: Source, organise, and maintain age-appropriate clothing, sports equipment, books, and toys. Oversee wardrobes and bedrooms, keeping them organised and well-stocked.
• Travel and Activity Coordination: Pack and unpack for school days, weekend outings, and international trips. Plan age-appropriate activities during travel.
• Health and Hygiene Supervision: Oversee daily hygiene routines, including handwashing, teeth brushing, and bath time. Instil bathroom hygiene and self-care skills. Manage vitamins and supplements to support the boys’ health.
• Routine Management: Guide and encourage independence in morning and evening routines, ensuring the boys are organised and punctual for school and activities.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: University degree in Psychology, ideally child psychology.
• Experience: Previous experience in private households with challenging behaviours and familiarity with fully staffed environments.
• Skills: Native English speaker with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• EU passport
• Driving License: Required; must be confident behind the wheel.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, energetic, and able to take initiative. Highly adaptable to a busy household with a changing schedule.
