Details of the assignment:

                  A family of three in Barcelona is looking for a kind and caring nanny to help care for their 15-month-old son. This is a live-out role, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday. The exact schedule will be confirmed with the family during the interview process. The nanny should already be based in Barcelona and be comfortable commuting daily.

                  Both parents run their own businesses and work from home, so they need a dependable nanny to take charge of their son’s daily routine and ensure he is well looked after. They are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in child development and can create a warm and engaging environment by planning fun, age-appropriate activities that support his growth and development. The family values a nanny who can establish a consistent routine for their son while also being flexible when needed. A gentle and nurturing approach is appreciated, as well as the ability to set healthy boundaries in a kind and supportive way. As their son grows, they would love a nanny who can be a positive influence, instilling good manners and behaviour through gentle guidance.

                  The parents would like to find a nanny who speaks fluent English and has conversational Spanish skills, as they primarily speak Spanish at home. The little one will be attending an English-speaking school next year, so the parents would like a nanny who can encourage his early language learning by speaking and reading to him in English. The family also has a pet dog, so being comfortable around animals is essential.

                 The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of a similar age and be comfortable in a home where the parents are present.
