Details of the assignment:

               A loving family in Nassau, Bahamas, seeks a nurturing and experienced English-speaking nanny to care for their B4. Proficiency in Spanish would be a great advantage, although not a requirement. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and the family offers flexible living arrangements. The nanny can choose to live-in, with a private bedroom and bathroom provided, or live-out if they are local and able to arrange their own accommodation.

             Both parents work full-time and can have demanding schedules, so they are looking for a responsible, trustworthy nanny to manage all aspects of their son's care. As their son attends school from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the nanny will be responsible for preparing him for the day, ensuring he eats nutritious meals and is well-prepared for school. After school, the nanny will help with homework, provide dinner, oversee bath time, and engage in playtime and reading before putting him to bed at 7:30 PM. As school drop-offs and pick-ups are part of the role, the nanny must be a confident driver. The family would also prioritise a nanny who is comfortable cooking for them and can help with errands from time to time. 

             The parents is looking for someone who not only cares for their son but also creates an engaging and stimulating environment. The nanny should plan age-appropriate activities and educational games to keep the child intellectually and creatively engaged. While not required, a background in Montessori methodology or a relevant qualification would be highly valued, as their son attends a Montessori school. They would appreciate a nanny who can incorporate aspects of this educational approach into their role.
