Details of the assignment:

                A family residing in Casablanca, Morocco, is urgently seeking an experienced and educated nanny to care for their two young children, G3.5 and B1.5. The ideal candidate must be a native English speaker and have a proven track record in childcare. This full-time position requires the nanny to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The family will provide a private bedroom and bathroom as accommodation.

               Both parents are busy professionals, but they are committed to being hands-on and present with their children whenever possible. They are looking for a kind and loving nanny who can take on all childcare responsibilities, ensuring the children are well-cared for and supported in their growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about childcare and have a strong commitment to advocating for the children's education. The nanny will be expected to create an engaging and stimulating environment that helps the children thrive and reach their developmental milestones. As both children attend a Montessori school, the family is particularly interested in a nanny with a solid understanding of Montessori methodologies.

             The parents place great importance on reading and literacy, and they highly value a nanny who shares this passion. They seek someone who can instil a love of reading in the children through storytelling, educational activities, and reading games that foster a deep interest in books. In terms of parenting, the family believes in a gentle and caring approach while also promoting healthy boundaries and limitations. It is essential that the nanny shares these values and practices. The ideal candidate will be positive, a good role model, and capable of teaching the children good manners and behaviours. The nanny will also have the support of another nanny within the household.
