Details of the assignment:

                  A lovely family, who are repeat clients, will be travelling to Montreal on the 22nd of July. They are seeking an English-speaking mother's help/ junior nanny to assist mum with caring for their children, who is already local to the area. They have four kids aged 12, 10, 7, and 9 months. The candidate will primarily focus on the baby, as the older children are self-sufficient and require minimal care. The position is full-time, live-in, and for approximately 45 days.

                  The family is seeking a trustworthy and capable mother's help/ junior nanny to handle all childcare-related duties, such as organising the kid's wardrobes, keeping their rooms and play areas tidy, and assisting mum with household chores and errands. They emphasise the importance of routine, so they need a mother's help/ junior nanny who can help implement and maintain a consistent daily schedule for the children while being flexible when necessary. The ideal candidate is diligent, adaptable, and experienced in a household with similar family dynamics. Although not mandatory, childcare or maternity qualifications are highly valued. 

                 The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, a problem solver, able to think on their feet, and used to working in a busy household. The family wants a nurturing mother's help/ junior nanny who can provide a safe environment for the children and be a positive role model.
