Position: Live-in (Separate studio apt on the ground floor)

Details of the assignment:

                    A single mum is looking for a responsible and experienced English-speaking (Native level) nanny or manny with a driving license to join their family in Florence to look after her B8. The mum is looking for a candidate who can stay with them for at least a year, with the potential for an extension. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have prior experience working with children of similar ages. The mum will need main assistance during the evenings and weekends, approximately three evenings a week starting at 19:00, and about 3 weekends per month maximum. The total amount of hours is no longer than 18 hours per week. The start date is September 2024. 

                  Occasionally, mum will have work-related travel, and the manny/nanny will sometimes accompany them during their trips. Therefore, it is important that the candidate is travel-ready and has previous experience travelling with kids. 

               The ideal candidate is sporty, active, and fun but able to implement healthy boundaries for the kid. Mum is looking for a nanny/manny who is genuinely interested in a kid’s well-being and development. The mum is looking for someone creative, energetic, and who wants to become a good influence on the kid. Since the role is part-time, the candidate will have free time during the day, making this position perfect for someone studying, interested in Italian, or working remotely.
