Dr. Zaida Rodrigo has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education, lecturing and researching at an International level and is the founder of International Nanny, the International Nanny Institute and has recently launched the International Nanny Consultancy.

Zaida holds a PhD in Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University; she is a Chartered Marketer and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education at Birmingham University.

Zaida has been highly interested in psychology and child development. Therefore, she was awarded a University Certificate in Psychology from Derby University; she is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and has a dual Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Emotional Intelligence.

As a lifelong learner, and with an everlasting curious mind, Zaida is an NLP Practitioner and is currently completing a Human Resources programme in micro-expressions.
